How it works
Prices. One price for everything you pick, monthly or yearly: a flat amount for the service, plus the texts your picks mean in an average month of the season. That's about 3 to 4 UFC cards (1 of them numbered), 4 matches for each Premier League team, 14 games for each NBA team and 4 games for each rugby league team, times the number of texts you want before each one. So adding a sport, a team or a text costs only a little more. Prices include GST. Some examples, a month:
| 1 text a game | 2 texts a game | 3 texts a game | |
|---|---|---|---|
| UFC, every card | $4.99 | $4.99 | $5.99 |
| Premier League, 1 team | $4.99 | $4.99 | $5.99 |
| Premier League, 3 teams | $5.99 | $6.99 | $8.99 |
| NBA, 1 team | $5.99 | $7.99 | $8.99 |
| Rugby league, 1 team | $4.99 | $4.99 | $5.99 |
| UFC and 1 Premier League team | $4.99 | $5.99 | $6.99 |
| All three: UFC, 1 Premier League and 1 NBA team | $6.99 | $9.99 | $11.99 |
Yearly. Pay for a year and it's 10 months' price for 12, so 2 months free: UFC every card with 1 text a game is $49.90 a year instead of $4.99 a month.
Billing. Charged to your card from the day you sign up: each month, or once a year on the yearly plan. Change sports, teams or times any time on the manage page. On the monthly plan the next bill is adjusted for the part month; on the yearly plan the difference for the rest of the year is charged, or credited to your next bill, straight away. You can switch between monthly and yearly there too: the new plan starts that day, with credit for what's left of the old one. Billing runs all year, so on the monthly plan you can cancel between seasons and sign up again when your sport is back.
Cancelling. Cancel on the manage page and your texts carry on to the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Reply STOP to any alert and the texts stop straight away and your plan won't renew. Changed your mind? Start them again on the manage page while your paid time lasts. There are no refunds for part months or years.
Times change. Leagues move games for TV and fight cards run early or late. Each text has the start time as it stands when the text goes, so if a game moves after your 1-week text, the next one has the new time. UFC texts are timed to the main card, or to the prelims if you choose.
Delivery. Texts go out within a few minutes of the time you picked, over New Zealand mobile networks. They almost always arrive within a minute, but no network can promise that. New Zealand mobile numbers only.
